The deterministic coupling of MOCVD grown InGaAs/GaAs QDs to Photonic crystal nanocavity is presented, A short introduction about photon-nanmatter interaction is given and the criteria for coupling of QDs to PCs are discussed,From technical point of view a short description of processing and fabrication steps of QDs and PCs are given, experimental results of PL-spectroscopy in low temperatures and time-resolved spectroscopy of the system are shown and discussed. How to couple several QDs to cavity and how to use PCs to suppress the photon numbers according to their energy is another part of the work. Finally a conclusion and some suggestions for future applications in quantum information processing using solid state physics are presented.
