Measurement-based Quantum Computation

Measurement-based quantum computing is an alternative to the standard quantum circuit model. I will give a very basic introduction at the level of a first-year PhD student on how it works, and then explain the impact of this model both for implementations of quantum computing and for our understanding of many-body quantum states more generally.
