IICQI 2018

International Iran Conference on Quantum Information 2018 will be held on 8-11 Sept. 2018 at Sharif University of Technology in Tehran. The conference will feature the latest developments in theoretical and experimental quantum information science, feature talks by leading international researchers, and provide the opportunity for research discussions and collaborations between international and Iranian quantum information researchers.

IICQI 2014

IICQI 2014 was held in Isfahan, Iran, on 6-10 September, 2014. IICQI-14 is jointly organized by QI group of Sharif University of Technology and Isfahan University of Technology. The conference covered latest developments in theoretical and experimental quantum information science, feature talks by leading international researchers, and provided the opportunity for research discussions and collaborations between international and Iranian quantum information researchers.

Classical and Quantum Dynamical Entropies

Kolmogorov dynamical entropy provides a link between the entropy production in classical ergodic systems and the algorithmic complexity of phase trajectories. Using the algebraic approach to quantum statistical mechanics, the course offers a short introduction to these concepts and to their extensions to quantum dynamical systems. (The lectures will be held on 8-12 March 2014 at Sharif University of Technology.)

Quantumness and Multipartite Entanglement

This lecture course will focus on the notion of quantumness and on multipartite entanglement. The level will be elementary, but we shall endeavor to enable all interested students to do Lecture course on Quantumness and Multipartite Entanglement independent research on these subjects. The IICQI-10 International Iran Conference on Quantum Information 2010 was held in Kish Island, Iran, September 11-14, 2010. The conference featured the latest developments in theoretical and experimental quantum information science, featured talks by leading international researchers, and provided the opportunity for research discussions and collaborations between international and Iranian quantum information researchers.

IISSQI 2008

The International Iran Summer School on Quantum Information 2008 (IISSQI-08) provided introductory, tutorial-style presentations on the theory, implementations, and applications of quantum information by leading international researchers from the disciplines of physics, computer science, and mathematics.
